Ordering from Ribbons Unlimited was a pleasure from start to finish. Ordering online was very easy, especially considering I know nothing about typewriters and got this one at a yard sale. It was easy to find exactly the ribbon I needed, with no wondering if it was correct or not. As soon as I ordered I was thanked for my order, and told what to expect next. All tracking information was sent the next day, the links worked properly, and it was easy to see what was happening. They got the ribbon on it's way to me the very next day, and I got it the day after that- much earlier that I had anticipated. This is the kind of company it is a pleasure to do business with!
