Incredible customer service February 3, 2026 Reviewer: Corey Baum from Austin, TX United States   This was my first time ordering and I am new to the world of typewriters so I had some questions before I could order. Labor responded to my questions with an email the same day that I asked them (on a Sunday no less!) and then followed up to say that he had seen my order, confirming that I had ordered the right things. I am a Long-Time Patron of Ribbons Unlimited! November 13, 2025 Reviewer: Kenneth Ferguson from Helotes, TX United States   I am a Typewriter Rescue Ranger and Restore, Repair, Refurbish and Re-Home antique typewriters.  I currently have about 40 in my collection, dating from 1903.  I have re-homed probably the same number.  I have been using Ribbons Unlimited for years for all of my ribbon needs (and believer me, some of them have been very strange).  Lanie and the staff are always prompt and helpful, and they have ALWAYS been able to find what I need.  Couldn't be happier! Great ribbons and excellent service! May 11, 2025 Reviewer: Joseph Robinson from TN United States   Just changed out my old ribbon and gave it a try, it's absolutely brilliant! 5-stars all the way. The imprint is spot on, perfectly consistent and looks amazing. Will only be buying my ribbons from here from now one. Correct ribbon for typewriter. June 26, 2024 Reviewer: Winston C. F. from Bisbee, AZ United States   I ordered this ribbon to replace the very worn out ribbon in a Royal KMM standard typewriter made in 1948. I spooled it onto the metal spools that were still in the typewriter, taking the old ribbon off. Note that this type of machine does not use the grommets to trigger the automatic ribbon reverse, so I had to cut a few inches off each end. Otherwise, the grommet sticks in the agitator before the ribbon reverses. It was not a problem as the ribbon is quite long and a few inches does not make much difference. Having typed maybe 10 pages so far, the ribbon makes a good impression on the paper. Was this review helpful to you?

Back up and running May 2, 2024 Reviewer: Robert Millette from Florence, MS United States   Spooling and installing the ribbon I purchased was easy, and allowed my to get my grandmother's old Royal Arrow from the early 1960's back to operational again.  Now all I need to do is dig out my Fedora and find a trench coat.
