A typewriter? You still use a manual typewriter? That blows my mind.
It's the 21st century, with Wifi, Iphones, electric cars and air fryers and you are still clicking away on a manual typewriter. And no electricity or batteries required? . . . you mean you can be in the dark and type, or on a beach, or literally sitting anywhere-that's amazing!! And Ribbons Unlimited still assembles typewriter ribbons and can recycle your old spools with a brand new ribbon- that's insane!!. And wait, there's more! you can even call us and talk about typewriters-I am now speechless

The best source for ribbons and supplies for those of us who hold the line against digital rot.  The team at Ribbons Unlimited has a great tool to help find the perfect part and so many options for color, material, spools.  No cookie cutter, take what we give you and like it kind of business, thy want you to have the best.

It was great! Been a number of years since I've ordered new ribbon, but I'll be ordering new ribbon for a Studio 44 soon, too.

The ribbon was not dark enough even after making mechanical adjustments and reversing the ribbon.

5 of 5 Thank you. The new ribbon arrived promptly. Monday, August 17, 2020
Reviewer: John Simms from Towson, MD United States
Have not installed it yet.  The typewriter has not been in use for a while.  It is working but I plan to give it a quick clean-up.  I do not have cleaning fluid for cleaning the letters.  Is there a common household product that can reasonably substitute for the special typewriter cleaning fluid? Thanks again for being there to help keep the old machines in service.
