Thank you for getting these ribbons to us in such a prompt manner. My only complaint is that you did not ship it to the address I requested and instead shipped it to my billing address. Had the porch poachers come that day, you would have had to replace the order. I did appreciate a call back when I brought this to your attention. What would have been excellent is if you had been able to change the label to the preferred shipping address. Alas, I received them so all is good. Thank you.
