I purchased this ribbon for my Olympia, unaware that my typewriter was unique in a surprising way. Initially I had thought I had recieved an incorrect spool, as I was aware Olympia had made numerous ribbon-fed machines of different make. I was under the impression of an honest mistake, but imagine my surprise to find out it was my machine that was the issue!

If you happen to own a European refurbished or originating Olympia machine, be aware your spindle might not be compatible with most spools! I wasn't aware of this, but Lanie was. I'm genuinely impressed and thankful for both the understanding and the corrected ribbon being sent my way.

Would recommend, easily.
