Nice dark marking ribbon, makes nice clean and clear impressions on the adding machine tape.  Easy to wind onto my vintage spools from the bulk plastic spool.  Going to order a couple more when I place my next typewriter ribbon order

I had just acquired an antique business machine which needed a new ribbon and with no manual/nothing to go on, I needed some guidance on how to replace the old ribbon.  Once I provided the make and model and we compared some measurements I was presented with options on how I could replace the ribbon -- just replace the ribbon, alone, or replace the ribbon with new spools, as well (and these are unique).  Friendly and interested customer service.  Timely shipping, too.  Product arrived and I was able to install and get things working.  Happy that there are experts like Ribbons Unlimited out there when even the original company (which has probably been bought and sold many times) doesn't have any information on an older model.
