Outstanding customer service October 31, 2021 Reviewer: Gerry from Jericho   While this is a birthday present and the recipient won’t get for another week or so, I wanted to comment on the outstanding customer service Lanie provided. We communicated back and forth several times and Lanie was a huge help as well as quite friendly. I do not believe there are too many companies that still provide this kind of product, if there are others or if companies used to provide this type of product, for that matter, any company past or present no matter the product or service could learn a lesson on outstanding service like Ribbons Unlimited provides.
